Terms & Conditions

General

These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and to place orders with Ciel School Uniform & Accessories. By ordering goods from us you are deemed to have fully understood and therefore accepted our terms. One

Contacting Us

You may contact us at our usual address which is 39 High Street, Gosforth, Newcastle upon Tyne NE3 4AA. You can email us at Julie@cieluniform.co.uk , telephone us on 0191 246 4503 or fax us on 0191 213 1012. Calls/faxes to these numbers will be charged in accordance with your normal network provider. Please note any telephone calls from a mobile provider may vary considerably.

Opening Hours

When telephoning, faxing or emailing our office opening times are Monday to Saturday 9am-5pm. These times may vary during the peak return to school times. We are closed all Bank Holidays.

Ordering

You may place an order to Ciel School Uniform using one of the following methods:
• Direct through our website
• Via email
• By fax
• By telephone
• Mail Order
For security reasons we reserve the right to restrict the volumes of certain items to be sold in one transaction. We also reserve the right to cancel any orders if we consider any fraudulent activity to be apparent. Where credit/debit card fraud or misuse is suspected then the necessary authorities will be notified and legal action will be taken. No contract is entered into until we agree to accept your order and the goods are despatched.

Payment

We accept all major credit and debit card payments through our website. Orders received by any method other than via our website maybe paid by cheque or credit/debit card.

Please note any payments made by cheque will result in a delay of your goods being despatched until your payment is cleared by your bankers. This can take up to 10 working days.

No orders will be despatched until any payments made by cheque, credit card or debit card, have been cleared by your bankers.

Delivery Charges

We only accept and deliver orders within mainland UK. Please contact us to enquire about other destinations.

Collect in Store refers to our shop at 39 High Street, Gosforth, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE3 4AA.

Our standard delivery charges to mainland UK for orders are as follows:
• Order value under £40 the charge is £4.90
• Order value between £40.01 and £100.00 the charge is £8.90
• Order value between £100.01 and £200.00 the charge is £12.90
• Order value between £200.01 and £600.00 the charge is £20.00
• Order value between £600.01 and £900.00 the charge is £35.00
• Order value between £900.01 and £1500.00 the charge is £45.00
These charges apply only to our standard delivery where goods are despatched within 3-5 working days. They reflect the cost of packaging, administration and current postal rates. For order values above £1500.00 please contact us to discuss.

If you require a next day delivery then the charge of £15.00 will apply. The next day delivery only applies to orders placed before 5pm on a Monday to Thursdays and covers a 10 mile area around Newcastle upon Tyne city centre.

Next day delivery is subject to stock availability.

All deliveries are via Royal Mail or, our own local delivery team (this only applies in the Newcastle upon Tyne area). We reserve the right to change our delivery company should the need arise.

Proof of Delivery

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient to establish that the goods have been received.

Prices

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling.

Colour Reproduction & Garment Specification

Ciel School Uniform has taken great care to ensure all descriptions are accurate. However, specifications do change and customers should be aware of this before making a purchase. The limitation of colour reproduction may result in slight colour variations which is a result of individual colour settings on your own computer screen.

Title of Goods

The title to all our goods remain with Ciel School Uniform until payment has been received in full.

Cancellation & Returns policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with our products you have a right to cancel the contract within 28 days, return the goods and receive a full refund (excluding original postage and packing costs) or replacement goods. After the 28 days we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

All returned items must be in original condition and packaging.

Refunds are made within 14 days of the return of the item.

No refunds are given on personalised items.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Privacy Policy

Ciel School Uniform does not disclose customer information to third parties. However, we reserve the right to pass on details of any suspected fraudulent activity to the relevant authorities.

Data collected by this site is used to fulfil customer's orders and to administer and enhance our services to you.

By using this site you agree to us contacting you by email, mail or telephone for marketing purposes.
